Solan building collapse: Death toll mounts to 13, many still trapped under debris

In HP’s Solan, death toll rose to 13 after a building collapse in Solan. Around 17 Army personnel and 11 civilians have been rescued so far. One Army personnel is still feared trapped. The incident took place around 4:00 pm near the Kumarhatti-Nahan highway on Sunday.
