Russian Students grasping ‘Indian Language’ culture in Mosco

The popularity of Indian culture is growing in Russia where more and more students are selecting Hindi and Tamil to study. In that line, the International Centre for South Asian Studies has been operating on the basis of the Russian University for humanities for more than 20 years.
