Medical apathy! Boy’s left hand plastered instead of right

A case of complete negligence has emerged in a Bihar hospital on June 25. A boy, Faizan's right hand was plastered at Darbhanga Medical College and Hospital (DMCH) instead of his left hand which has a fracture.
