A day after birthday PM Modi addresses Varanasi rally; announces Rs 550 crore 'return gift'

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday addressed a rally from his constituency Varanasi, day after he celebrated his birthday in the temple town. Addressing the rally, PM Modi said that he was ‘fortunate’ to be in the city and getting the blessings of Lord Vishwanath and Mother Ganga.
