2 held with consignment of illegal drugs worth Rs 5.53 crore in Ajmer

Police arrested drug peddlers in Rajasthan’s Ajmer and recovered lakhs of illicit drug in the form of tablets, capsules, and injections. The market value of the recovered drugs is approximately Rs 5.53 crore. Disclosing the matter, Ajmer Deputy CO, Mukesh Soni said, “Tablets, capsules, and injections worth Rs 5.53 crore were seized from the possession of the accused. Investigation is on. The key accused, who is still at large, will be arrested soon.” Further investigation is underway.
