Udhampur attack: NIA arrests man who helped LeT terrorists enter India from PoK
Showkat had helped Naved and 3 other LeT terrorists transport from Baramulla soon after which they infiltrated into India from PoK.
The National Investigating Agency (NIA) on Tuesday arrested Showkat Ahmed Bhat who played a major role in helping 4 LeT terrorists get transported into India from PoK before the Udhampur attack.
Mohammad Naved Yakub, who reportedly came to India to avenge the atrocities inflicted on Kashmiris, had attacked a BSF bus on August 5 at Narsu nallah in Udhampur district, killing two troopers and injuring 11 others. Last month, Naved was subjected to a lie-detector test. According to media reports, during the test he had admitted that he was from Pakistan.
