People who are under investigation in the death case of Mahant Narendra Giri include Anand Giri (Disciple of Mahant Narendra Giri), Aadhya Tiwari (Senior Priest of Latte Hanuman Ji Temple), Sandeep Tiwari (Adya Tiwari's son), Ajay Singh (Soldier), Manish Shukla, Abhishek Mishra, Shivek Mishra, a builder from Prayagraj (close to Anand Giri), some property dealers in Prayagraj and a local leader from Prayagraj.
Mahant Narendra Giri dies under suspicious circumstances
Mahant Narendra Giri died on Monday under suspicious circumstances and his body was found hanging from the room of Baghambari Math in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh.
The suicide note found near the dead body had the names of many people including disciple Anand Giri. The room where his body was found in the Baghambri Math was locked from inside.
The police took out the body by breaking the door. In the initial investigation, the police called it a case of suicide.

During the investigation, the police found an 8-page suicide note from the room. According to the police, his disciple Anand Giri is mentioned in the suicide note.
Aadya Tiwari and Sandeep Tiwari are also mentioned in the suicide note. Aadya Tiwari is the senior priest of the Late Hanuman Ji temple and Sandeep Tiwari is his son.
After the name of Anand Giri appeared in the suicide note, he was taken into custody by the Uttar Pradesh Police from Haridwar.
Aadya Tiwari and Sandeep Tiwari, who were mentioned in the suicide note, have also been taken into custody from Prayagraj.

Before being taken into custody, Anand Giri appeared in front of the media and declared himself innocent.
