'Ugly' trailer out: Anurag Kashyap returns with intense & gripping thriller

When it comes to the dark style of storytelling, no one does it better than Anurag Kashyap and the first trailer of his much-awaited psychological thriller Ugly proves it. Written and directed by Kashyap, the intense and gripping thriller revolves around a little girl Kali, who goes missing from her father's car. What unfolds is a web of lies and deception. Co-produced by Phantom Films and Dar Motion Pictures Ltd, the film doesn't boast of any big names and that seems to be its biggest strength as the actors look every bit of the characters they are supposed to portray. The cast includes Tejasvini Kolhapure, Ronit Roy, Rahul Bhatt and Surveen Chawla. The film, which has been selected at Cannes Film Festival's Directors' Fortnight, will hit the screens on October 11, 2013. Watch the trailer here:
