First look at the live action adaptation of popular anime series 'Kite' starring Samuel L Jackson and India Eisley

'Kite' which releases in 2014, is the first attempt at a live action rendition of the popular 1998 anime series of the same name. The movie will focus on the same plot of the series, which revolves around a young schoolgirl Sawa, who is orphaned in her early teens. Losing her parents to a gory double murder, the detective on the case takes her in and begins to care for her. Along the way, Sawa decides that she doesn't want to just stand by and watch the world descend into darkness and begins enforcing her own brand of justice. The film is directed by Ralph Ziman and stars Samuel L. Jackson, India Eisley, Callan McAuliffe, Cleo Rinkwest.
