Few hours ago, we had reported how an NGO had approached the Delhi High Court seeking a ban on the film and asked the makers to remove the word 'fanny' from the film and its posters. But the Delhi Court has dismissed the plea declaring that there is nothing wrong with the word or the title and refused to further stay its release on Friday.

The Censor Board had already passed the film without any obligations and given it a 'U/A' certificate. Although the NGO initially filed a PIL seeking ban on the film, now the makers of the film will be relieved.
