After the Censor Board decided to rectify its mistake and gave Arjun Kapoor-Deepika Padukone's 'Finding Fanny' a 'U/A' certificate, a new controversy has taken centre stage now. Some NGO called Jai Jagriti Foundation filed a petition in the Delhi High Court on Tuesday, asking for a ban on the film.

The petition filed against the maker Homi Adajania and his team says that the 'fanny' world is offensive, often used for explicit sexual content which would pollute children's minds. According to the petition, the word 'fanny' is a slang often used by commoners and they have asked for the word to be removed from the movie, its songs, posters and banners as well.

Not just that, the plea even questions Censor Board's judgment on giving the film a 'U/A' certificate despite such a cuss word being used so often in the film.

The hearing is supposed to take place on Wednesday, prior to the film's release on Friday. The film also stars Pankaj Kapur, Dimple Kapadia and Naseeruddin Shah in pivotal roles.
