TheMountainGoat has created an interactive map of Westeros, Essos, and other parts of the Game of Thrones universe. Much like the interactive map of Middle Earth, this map shows you different regions of the Seven Kingdoms. The map also allows you to browse through different Nobel Houses, not only the big ones like the Starks and Lannisters, but also he smaller ones

The map also allows you to view it according to which season of the TV show you're on, or which chapter of the books you're on, so as not to reveal any spoilers.

 

The map has a pretty comprehensive geographical overview of the Seven Kingdoms. Even the smaller, lesser known areas are listed.

The Map also allows you to see which region is owned by which house. For Example, The Starks own the North.

It also shows you where each Nobel House has their land.
