UP B.Ed JEE 2021: The Uttar Pradesh government on June 17 gave permission to the University of Lucknow to conduct the UP B.Ed JEE 2021, the entrance exam for admission to B.Ed courses. This examination will now be held on July 18 and the result for the same will be released on August 5.

Earlier, the exam was scheduled to be conducted on May 19 but was postponed due to the second wave of COVID-19.

Manoj Kumar, Special Secretary, Higher Education Department, released the revised schedule of the Combined B.Ed Entrance Exam 2021. He has written a letter to the Registrar of Lucknow University regarding this. The responsibility of conducting the entrance examination was entrusted to Lucknow University itself. 

According to the revised schedule, the date of the entrance examination has been fixed as July 18, the date of the declaration of the result of the entrance examination is August 5. Also, online counselling will start on August 10 and the date of commencement of the academic session has been fixed as August 30.

 Vinay Trivedi, president of Uttar Pradesh Self-Financed College Association, has expressed his gratitude to Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on the announcement of entrance exam. Those who clear the exam will be eligible for admission to over 2500 B.Ed colleges across the state. 

Any person willing to appear for the UP B.Ed JEE 2021 exam must have a graduation degree with 50 per cent marks from any recognised university. This exam will consist of two papers, the first one will be of objective-type questions while the second paper will have descriptive-type questions.
