The Indian prime minister posted a picture with the couple on his official social media accounts with a caption, "Had a wonderful interaction with noted cricket player Ravindrasinh Jadeja and his wife, Rivaba. @imjadeja."

Jadeja was not picked for the three-match Twenty20 International (T20I) series between India and Australia, starting Wednesday in Brisbane.

World No. 2 Test all-rounder, Jadeja, made a comeback in the longest format with an excellent series in England followed with home series against the West Indies. That earned him a ticket to Down Under for the four-Test Border Gavaskar series.
