Yoga poses to improve concentration

Here are some simple yoga poses to improve concentration

Stand tall with feet hip-width apart, arms relaxed by your sides. Imagine yourself as steady as a mountain, focusing on your breath and finding balance.

Tadasana

Stand on one leg, with the sole of the other foot either below or above the knee of the standing leg.

Vrikshasana

Cross one thigh over the other, wrapping one foot around the calf if possible.

Garudasana

Kneel on the floor, sit back on your heels, and then fold forward, extending your arms in front of you or resting them alongside your body.

Balasana

Lie on your stomach with your palms flat on the ground beneath your shoulders.

Bhujangasana

Step your feet wide apart, with one foot facing forward and the other turned to the side. Bend your front knee, keeping it directly over your ankle, and extend your arms out to the sides at shoulder height.

Virabhadrasana II

These yoga poses can help improve concentration by encouraging mindfulness, balance, and focused breathing.
