Here are some habits to avoid if you want to keep your immune system healthy.

Eating less fibre: Eating fibre is vital for reducing inflammation and improving gut health. 

Not consuming vital nutrients: Vitamins A, C and D, as well as zinc, are all essential vitamins and minerals for supporting your immune system.

Drinking Alcohol: It is the worst thing for immunity as it is dehydrating.

Smoking: This can weaken your body's ability to fight off illnesses. 

Not sleeping enough: Good sleep strengthens the immune system working.

Not exercising: Obesity and inactivity can hamper your immune system. 

Not going outdoors: Spending time outdoors helps absorb immune-supporting vitamin D from the sun.
