Morning drinks to consume on empty stomach to lower cholesterol in summer

Amla Juice: Amla juice is high in Vitamin C and antioxidants, and drinking it in morning on an empty stomach regulates heart health and cholesterol.

Turmeric milk: Drinking this in the morning on an empty stomach regulates cholesterol.

Green Tea: It contains antioxidants and catechins which regulates cholesterol and also reduces weight. 

Cumin lemon water: This manages bowel movements, and lowers cholesterol and bloating.

Tomato juice: Tomato juice, high in fibre, niacin, and lycopene, manages cholesterol in our body. 

Honey & Garlic water: Mixing three cloves of garlic paste and honey, controls high cholesterol.

Ginger & Lemon water: Drinking water mixed with lemon juice on an empty stomach regulates cholesterol.

Coriander water: This drink is packed with minerals, vitamins and potassium, which lowers choleterol .
