Foods to avoid eating with curd for good health in summer

Also known as yoghurt, Curd is a dairy product formed by fermenting milk and has numerous health benefits.

However, some foods must be avoided with curd to prevent stomach problems and indigestion.

Oily foods: Oily foods such as paratha, bhatura hampers digestion process and cause lethargy. 

Onion is also hot and when it is combined with curd, it can lead to skin allergies.

Milk: This combination can trigger issues like acidity, heartburn and bloating in your body.

Mango: It has a hot nature while curd is a cooling food, when you pair them, it can cause an imbalance in digestion .

Fish: When animal protein is paired with veg protein, then it leads to stomach-related problems.

Urad dal: Eating this with curd can hinder the digestive system and trigger diarrhoea, and bloating.
