Foods that are bad for your bone and joint health

Aerated drinks: Aerated drinks eliminate calcium from your bones, and makes them weak. 

Salt: Salt has enormous sodium content, which weakens your bone and joint density.

Alcohol: Alcohol restricts the bone-developing cell called osteoblasts, preventing calcium from being absorbed by your bones. 

Legumes: Legumes like beans restrict your body from absorbing calcium. 

Raw Spinach and Swiss Chard: Raw spinach and Swiss chard contain oxalates, which can prevent calcium from being absorbed in body.

Sugary foods: Overeating sugary foods can be harmful to bone health. 

Inflammatory foods: Vegetables such as tomatoes, mushrooms, potatoes, and eggplant, may trigger bone inflammation, which causes osteoporosis.

Coffee: Coffee erases the calcium from your bones, making them brittle and weak.
