Cheese: It contains 19% of calcium and reduces risk of heart disease.

Almonds: Almonds are loaded with nutrients like healthy fats, calcium, protein, and magnesium. 

Broccoli: This cruciferous vegetable is extremely high in calcium.

Yogurt: Yogurt is one of the best sources of calcium, protein and some vitamins.
