Here are some daily habits that raise blood sugar:

Maida and refined sugar can raise the risk of obesity and diabetes. 

Eating too much white flour, junk foods, refined carbs, carbonated drinks, sugar-rich processed foods can boost the risk of diabetes. 

Alcohol consumption can harm the liver and can cause sugar accumulation  in the body. 

Skipping breakfast can make you prone to diabetes.

Sitting consistently for long hours and not moving your body can cause a spike in blood sugar.

Smoking and engaging in hookah or vaping can increase the risk of diabetes.

Stress can raise your blood sugar levels and lead to diabetes.
