Hotel Mumbai (2018): This film portrays the 2008 Mumbai attacks at the Taj Mahal Palace Hotel, focusing on the bravery of hotel staff and guests during the terrorist attack.

Uri The Surgical Strike (2019): It is based on the true events of the surgical strikes carried out by the Indian Army against militants who attacked an Indian Army base. 

World Trade Center (2006): This film tells the story of two Port Authority Police officers who were trapped in the rubble of the World Trade Center after the September 11 attacks.

Patriots Day (2016): This film recounts the events surrounding the Boston Marathon bombing in 2013 and the subsequent manhunt for the perpetrators.

Black Friday (2004) - This film is based on the 1993 Bombay bombings, a series of 12 bomb explosions that took place in Mumbai.

United 93 (2006): Directed by Paul Greengrass, this film portrays the events aboard United Airlines Flight 93 during the September 11 attacks.

13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi (2016): This film portrays the attack on the American diplomatic compound in Benghazi, Libya, on September 11–12, 2012.

Lone Survivor (2013): This film is based on the true story of a failed 2005 mission called Operation Red Wings, during which a team of Navy SEALs was ambushed by Taliban forces in Afghanistan.

The 15:17 to Paris (2018): This film recounts the thwarted 2015 Thalys train attack, where three American passengers prevented a terrorist attack on a train bound for Paris.
