The Taliban has announced a new caretaker government for Afghanistan, with Mullah Mohammad Hassan Akhund as interim prime minister and the terrorist group's co-founder Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar as deputy. Mullah Yacoub, one of the Taliban's deputy leaders from 2016, will serve as the caretaker defense minister.
