'You smell of curry': Hijab-clad woman launches racist attack on Indian passenger in London

A video has gone viral in the UK which shows a hijab-clad woman launching a racist attack on an Indian co-passenger in a bust in London last weekend.

According to reports in British media outlets, the incident took place in a crowded 195 bus from Romney Highway in Brentford, West London last Saturday.

The woman launches an attack after her mother had clashed with the bus driver over overcrowding in the bus. When the Indian man came to the bus driver’s defence, he was met with a torrent of racist abuse.

The woman tells him: “You smell of curry, dumb b**tard. Go back to your f**king Southall slum.”

The "woman" screamed at the man on a London Bus:

Southall is a neighbourhood with a high density of non-White British residents. It has large Hindu, Muslim and Sikh populations. Many social media passengers condemned the footage.
