"From now on we should ONLY refer to him as 'President Covfefe'"
Donald Trump gaffes can now safely be categorised as a gift that keeps on giving. A few minutes past midnight in Washington DC, the President of the United States, known to tweet late into the night, sent out this tweet with a baffling word.
"Despite the constant negative press covfefe."

Our best guess is, he wanted to say 'coverage', but ended up with a typo "covfefe". The tweet is still up and hasn't been deleted, with at least 65,861 retweets and 81,213 likes at last count. While all of us can relate to the exasperation of tweeting a misspelt word, when the President of the United States makes one, it's not long before the word starts trending.
Despite the late hour, Twitter users brought out the hilarious memes, each funnier that the last, trying to decipher what word the President meant to write.
Quick to respond, Urban Dictionary and Merriam-Webster had this to say:
For those of us in the back of the room, Urban Dictionary has defined #covfefe pic.twitter.com/LWTXTgUebz
