Trump, in a prime-time address to a country that remains divided over his leadership, emphasised his desire to focus on problems at home by boosting the US economy with tax reform, a $1 trillion infrastructure effort and an overhaul of President Barack Obama's signature healthcare law, known as Obamacare.

Though, he has taken social media by storm with his address, a video of him rehearsing fervently for his Congress address is something that you would have 'never seen before'.

An MSNBC anchor also remarked, "I have never seen this before. A President on the way to giving his, well, almost State of the Union and actually practising it on television."

This video was taken when Trump left from White House for the US Congress on Capitol Hill.

Twitteratis were quick to notice the video and commented on it.
