CRAWFORD (Texas): The White House called the verdict handed down to former Iraqi President Saddam Hussein on Sunday a good day for Iraqis.
“It's a good day for the Iraqi people,” White House spokesman Tony Snow said.
Saddam Hussein was sentenced to death by hanging after being found guilty of crimes against humanity.
