It comes after Henry Hamilton, who told his partner that "if Barack gets re-elected, I'm not going to be around", was found dead on Nov. 8, with the words "F--- Obama!" scrawled on his will and two empty prescription bottles nearby.

Hamilton, 64, owner of Tropical Tan off Duval Street, was reportedly "very upset about the election results," his partner Michael Cossey told the police, the Miami Herald reports.

According to paper, Cossey returned to the South Roosevelt Boulevard condo he shared with Hamilton after a late night of playing cards with friends and fell asleep on the couch around 6 am.

A friend of Hamilton had been worried about him and had a standing request to police to make welfare checks. It was after a police officer made a routine check of condo, when he discovered Hamilton's body in the bedroom and woke up Cossey.

The police said that they found two empty prescription bottles, one for Xanax and one for Seroquel, which are used to treat anxiety and schizophrenia, respectively, the paper said.

Cossey told the police that Hamilton "has been very stressed about his business," and the last time they had spoken was "when we watched the election results" on Nov. 6, the paper added.
