Two floors of the plant collapsed in the explosion, and some five people were believed to be trapped in the debris, news channels reported.   Local mayor Fethi Yasar told television stations natural gas or oxygen canisters were believed to have caused the blast.                                            Television images showed one side of the large four-storey building had been blown out, debris strewn on cars parked around the building, and emergency workers treating the injured and carrying them to ambulances.
