A study conducted by a group of international physicians' organisation has revealed that at least 80,000 Pakistanis have been killed as a result of the US-led war on terror from 2004 to 2013.

A study conducted by a group of international physicians' organisation has revealed that at least 80,000 Pakistanis have been killed as a result of the US-led war on terror from 2004 to 2013.

In all, there were 48,504 casualties in Pakistan from 2004 until the end of 2013 as a result of US-led war on terror.

According to the Express Tribune, a report "Body Count: Casualty Figures after 10 Years of the War on Terror" was released by the Nobel Prize-winning International Physicians for the Prevention of Nuclear War, along with Physicians for Social Responsibility and Physicians for Global Survival.

The study said that around 1.3 million people were killed in Iraq, Afghanistan and Pakistan in the US-led wars in the region in more than a decade.
