Russian President Putin says leaders agree on main issues over Ukraine

Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Thursday that the world leaders had agreed on a deal to end the ongoing turmoil in eastern Ukraine.Speaking to reporters after almost 16 hours of talks, Russian President Putin said: "We have managed to agree on the main issues."
