Pakistan has proposed last week of July for crucial talks with India at the foreign minister-level in New Delhi.According to Pakistani sources, the proposed time frame has been communicated to India.The exact dates for the planned talks which are to be held in July will be finalised through diplomatic channels.The foreign minister-level talks will be preceded by another round of parleys between the foreign secretaries, who concluded their two-day deliberations here yesterday during which they agreed on various confidence building measures.As the foreign secretaries of the two countries met in Islamabad, India told Pakistan that the complex issue of Kashmir cannot be resolved under the "shadow of gun and extremist violence."It raised its concerns over the slow pace of trial of Mumbai terror attack accused and "worrisome aspects" of terror links of ISI, as revealed in the trial of Pakistani-Canadian terrorist Tahawwur Rana in Chicago.
