An anti-corruption federal court in Pakistan has issued a non-bailable arrest warrant against former Pakistan PM Yousuf Raza Gilani for his alleged involvement in a corruption case.

The order was passed after Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) issue a detailed charge sheet with 12 cases regarding a scandal of multi billion dollars in the Trade Development Authority (TDAP), reports Dawn

Case has been also filed against another senior leader of Pakistan Peoples Party(PPP) Makhdoom Amin Fahim alongside several former and servicing members of TDAP. Court had earlier sent notices to these two senior leaders but they were ignored. The next hearing in this matter is on September 10 and court has asked the law enforcement agencies to present them on that day.
