Kanye West and Kim Kardashian have filed a lawsuit against YouTube founder Chad Hurley over a video posting of their marriage proposal at San Francisco's AT&T Park.According to the Hollywood Reporter, the couple has claimed in their lawsuit that Hurley violated the confidentiality provisions of a "celebrity appearance release" by distributing footage of the proposal on MixBit.However, Hurley has brought an anti-SLAPP motion to stop the lawsuit.
