Italian police said they arrested three Moroccan men on Monday in southern Italy on suspicion of abetting international terrorism.     The three, a father, his son and a third man, were arrested after an investigation lasting several months showed that they had been disseminating information over the Internet on how to make and use explosive devices.                                            No other details were available. At least three other people were being investigated, police said.
