Iran lawmaker says dozens killed in blast

An Iranian lawmaker was quoted as saying by the official IRNA news agency that dozens of people were killed in an explosion outside a mosque in a southeastern Iranian city on Wednesday.  

"The blast happened in front of a mosque in the city of Chabahr killing dozens and wounding many of those praying on the holy Shi'ite day of Ashur," said the lawmaker, Mohammad Yaqub Jadgal.
