TEHRAN: Iran's chief nuclear negotiator said he expected more negotiations with the six world powers trying to solve a crisis over Tehran's nuclear programme after receiving a package of incentives from them on Tuesday.

"We hope, after we study the proposal in detail, we will have another round of talks and negotiations to achieve a balanced and logical conclusion,'' Ali Larijani, secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council, said after meeting EU foreign policy chief Javier Solana.

''We had constructive negotiations,'' Larijani said. ''It is a framework for cooperation.''
