Pakistan has handed over an Indian woman to BSF officials after she completed her prison term here.

Amtul Begum, was handed over to the Border Security Force (BSF) at the Wagah border yesterday.
 
Begum, a resident of New Delhi, was detained by Pakistani immigration authorities at Wagah for allegedly possessing Rs 2.44 lakh in fake currency.

She was convicted by a court in Pakistan and released after completing her jail term, officials said.
 
Details regarding her date of arrest and the length of her prison term were not immediately available.
