According to sources, a topless puppet of Kate would appear on hit comedy programme ‘Les Guignols De l’Info.

However, a spokesperson for broadcaster Canal+ refused to comment on how the show planned to target the Duchess of Cambridge.

“A member of the production crew told me he doesn’t know what’s going to be in the programme tonight,” the Daily Star quoted a source, as saying.

“This could mean they’ve got a big number planned and they’re putting the finishing touches to Kate and William puppets. He suggested we watch,” the source said.

‘Les Guignols De l’Info,’ which means The News Puppets, is known for savagely lampooning French celebrities like former President Nicolas Sarkozy, 57, and his wife Carla Bruni, 44.
