At least six people were injured in a suspected tear-gas attack at Frankfurt airport in Germany. All six were reported to be treated for breathing problems, according to reports.

Independent quoted a spokesperson as saying that the cause is unclear and the investigation is underway. According to reports, check-in-area at Terminal 1 was the site of the suspected tear gas attack. 

Currently check-in process has again resumed and flight operations have become normal after no 'harmful substance' was found.
