China has cancelled another meeting with a Norwegian minister following the award of the Nobel Peace Prize to Chinese dissident Liu Xiaobo, the Norwegian fisheries ministry said on Tuesday.Fisheries minister Lisbeth Berg-Hansen was due to meet officials of China's food safety authority on Wednesday in Beijing but was informed on Tuesday that the meeting was off, according to a ministry spokesperson.Berg-Hansen is thus cancelling the Beijing leg of her trip and will instead stay in Shanghai through Friday to participate at Norway's pavilion at Expo 2010.On Monday, the Chinese cancelled a visit by Berg-Hansen with Chinese vice-fisheries minister Niu Dum, also scheduled for Wednesday, in protest at the award of the Nobel Peace Prize to Liu.
