Her lawyer has issued subpoenas to CNN, Playgirl, Entertainment Tonight, The Insider, Star Magazine, and National Enquirer, asking how much they have paid Johnston.Also, in new documents, Palin's lawyer has attached Levi's pay stub from 2008, showing he amassed 18,594.50 dollars from a construction company in Alaska.
