JERUSALEM: Some 60 rockets were fired at Israel from south Lebanon by early Tuesday afternoon, without any immediate reports of injuries, police said.             

 

On Monday, more than 160 rockets were fired at the Jewish state by Hezbollah militants in Lebanon, lightly injuring five people.   

 

Hezbollah has fired more than 3,000 rockets at Israel since the start of the Lebanon conflict on July 12, killing 36 civilians and wounding hundreds.
