Here are seven Indian states with highest divorce rates 

1. Maharashtra: Maharashtra holds the top spot with divorce rates being 18.7%, the highest in the country. 

2. Karnataka: Karnataka closely follows Maharashtra, with the divorce rate being 11.7%. 

3. West Bengal: West Bengal carries an estimated divorce rate of 8.2%. 

4. Delhi: The national capital has an estimated divorce rate of 7.7%. 

5. Tamil Nadu: Tamil Nadu has reported an estimated divorce rate of around 7.1%.  

6. Telangana: With an approximate divorce rate of 6.7%, Telangana finds itself on the list. 

7. Kerala: Kerala has a divorce rate of around 6.3%.
