15-minute dahi sandwich recipe perfect for breakfast or snack

1 cup of curd (yoghurt), 6 pieces of bread, 1 grated or finely chopped cucumber, 1 grated carrot, Add salt to taste. 1 bell pepper (capsicum), chopped finely, 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder, ½ a teaspoon of red chilli powder, 1 teaspoon of chaat masala, finely chopped fresh coriander leaves, Butter, if desired, for toasting

Ingredients

Use thick curd (yoghurt) to make dahi sandwiches. Put the curd in a muslin cloth and hang it for a while if it's still runny. This will assist in removing extra water.

Add the finely chopped capsicum (bell pepper), grated carrot, and finely chopped cucumber to the thick curd. Additionally, add red chilli powder and black pepper powder to the mixture.

Add salt, chopped fresh coriander leaves, and chaat masala to the mixture now.

Combine all of these ingredients and stir well.

Spread the mixture on one slice of bread at this point. Put another piece of bread over it. Place the sandwich on a hot tawa (griddle) after adding butter. Cook until crispy.

On the tawa (griddle), toast the bread on both sides until it is crispy. When finished, take it off and cut it in half. If desired, serve it with chutney. Proceed with the remaining bread slices in the same manner.
