During a recent interview with Curly Tales, Baba Ramdev emphasised the importance of yoga for physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
The yoga guru recommended simple asanas to boost energy and vitality and advocated a sattvic diet with seasonal fruits.
He wakes up by 3 am and starts his day by saying his morning prayers, then he worships the dharti mata (mother earth) and our gurus and rishis (sages).
Soon after that he dinks warm water, which helps his stomach to get clear in a minute or two.
After taking a bath he meditates for an hour every morning.
He suggested that everyone should definitely do kapalbhati and anulom vilom.
The yoga guru believes sattvic food is essential for maintaining a balanced and healthy lifestyle.
