This is called Orthorexia nervosa, an eating disorder where people are excessively conscious about food quality, food related illnesses, etc.
Orthorexia can impact various aspects of life like relationships, mental and physical well-being
People with Orthorexia are constantly concerned about the health of food: its quality, preparation, etc.
Focusing too much on healthy food and eating in too limited amounts can lead to nutritional deficiency.
This may also lead to fatigue, can weaken immunity and cause imbalance to hormones.
Having rigid patterns of eating may also lead to social isolation
