 Brown Eggs are Healthier Than White Eggs: Both brown and white eggs offer the same nutritional benefits.

You should not eat eggs daily: Eggs are a great source of nutrients, they should be added to your balanced diet. 

Eggs increase weight: Eggs are for those who are trying to lose weight, excessive consumption may lead to weight gain. 

  Only Egg Whites are Healthy: While egg whites are primarily protein, the yolk contains essential nutrients like vitamins A, D, E, and K and healthy fats.

Raw Eggs are More Nutritious: Cooking can kill harmful bacteria like Salmonella, making them safer to consume.
