7 ways to avoid inflamed eyes during this winter season

Stay hydrated: Drink enough water, being hydrated helps with inflamed eyes.

Use a tear drop: Teardrop or artificial drop helps eyes to stay hydrated and less inflamed.

Apply warm compress:  Use a clean cloth, soak it in warm water, and then apply to your eyes to remove inflammation from eyes.

Avoid Irritants: Limit exposure to smoke, dust, and pollen. Wear protective goggles or sunglasses outdoors if sensitive. Always use a full helmet with a front cover when riding two-wheelers.

 Use a Humidifier: Maintain moisture levels in your home, especially in dry winter months.

 Limit Screen Time: Reduce eye dryness by blinking more often during screen use.

Follow the 20-20-20 Rule: Every 20 minutes, close your eyes for 20 seconds. Focus on an object at least 20 feet away for a few minutes.
