3. Gazar ka Halwa: It's already winters. Are you craving Gazar ka Halwa, too? Well, you can have it without sugar. Carrot is rich in vitamin A and enhances immune system. 

4. Smoothie: You can also have fruit smoothies. Just don't add sugar to it and you're all set!
